True Mins Time HMS Run Mins

True Mins computes the time, by the local clock.
Time HMS gives the set time, by the local clock.
Run Time gives the set delay, but affected by Stand-By.

Background : Green = fetched; Fuchsia = error; Yellow = counting; Red = fired.
